We recently had a small crack repaired in the utility room of our basement by Wet Basement Solutions. Communication with Nik was excellent. He always got back to us immediately, and fit us in quickly for an estimate. Steve and Derek were very knowledgeable and friendly, and showed up right on time, and were in and out in less than 15mins with the verdict. Nik was able to shuffle things around, and fit us in for repair a few days later. Again the guys were exactly on time, said the job would take an hour and a half, and were true to their word to the minute. Overall a very professional and excellent experience. I would highly recommend Wet Basement Solutions to anyone in need of repair.

We had our crawl space encapsulated and they did an amazing job taking it from gross and dirty to clean and useable space. The guys were always on time and very professional when they were at the house. Nic was great to work with, always fast to respond and accommodating to our timeline and the weather!

Our experience was amazing from start to finish! Excellent customer service, responsive, thoroughly explained what was causing our water issue, and answered our many questions. We had several companies come out, including one provided by our insurance, and they gave us wildly different diagnosis and quoted costs. Wet basement accurately found our hydrostatic pressure problem, thoroughly investigated the areas for remediation, showed up on time, did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us with our insurance claim. Big shout out to Nik who was wonderful!!!! Cannot recommend this company highly enough and would not hesitate to work with them again. Although their work has a lifetime guarantee so we are confident we won’t need to.
