After living 18 years in this home, the spring of 2017 presented me with a first and terrible case of "hydrostatic pressure", resulting in severe flooding in my 1100 sq ft. basement. Luckily, WET BASEMENT SOLUTIONS had an ad on the local community radio station. I called, and before long they were here to help. It was an impressive operation with 6 men and jackhammers and buckets and a dumpster and cement mixers and more. What an impressive and professional operation it was to watch!! In less than two days a full water collection system was sealed under the cement floor, and two pumps ran off and on day and night for several weeks. This spring, 2 years later, with groundwater again reaching those historic highs, the system kicked in before I had a drop of moisture get in to the basement. Now when I hear their ad on local radio I yell, THOSE GUYS ARE MY HEROES...!!

I hired Wet Basement Solutions for basement waterproofing in Ottawa at a rental property my dad and I own. We were having issues where water would seep in at the base of the foundation more and more as time went on. From the start, they displayed great professionalism. One of their owners replied to our email within minutes while other companies took days (one took weeks!). They were better priced than the 2 other quotes we got, had an incredibly polite crew, cleaned up after themselves, provided thorough updates, explained everything they were doing and made us feel taken care of. Especially given the unit was occupied by tenants which added a layer of coordination, I couldn’t have asked for more. They will be providing a crawlspace encapsulation for our other property in late January!

I highly recommend this company. First email was answered immediately by Nik. Foreman came within two days to have a look at the crack in my basement wall. Repaired the next day. So happy to finally have this problem solved.
